Cisco has come up with Unified Computing System (UCS) innovations that help business in building clouds and deploy information technology applications less 30per cent in their annual operating cost.
According to the Acting General Manager of Cisco in Nigeria, Said Rechchad, the new Cisco UCS assists IT organizations who are striving to establish data center that support virtualization and cloud computing to become more competitive and agile, reduce the cost of physical infrastructure, and support the demands of data growth and Big Data analytics.
He said the solution ensures dramatic operational and cost improvements of 30% lower infrastructure expenses, 90% reduction in deployment times, 40% improvements in application performance, and 60% reductions in power/cooling costs.
