Nigeria’s fastest growing telecommunications operator, Etisalat and the first downstream operator in Nigeria, Total have signed a partnership agreement which will establish retail sales/service experience centres within Total stations where Etisalat will run service operations, in addition to telecoms sites.

The signing ceremony took place in Lagos on June 13, 2012 in a partnership that combines the strengths of the two leading organisations to provide world class products and services to their customers.

The partnership between Etisalat and Total will lead to joint initiatives that will increase the market reach, ensure enhanced customer service and provide our subscribers with easy access to Etisalat’s array of innovative products and services.

According to Hakeem Belo-Osagie, Chairman, Etisalat Nigeria, “Etisalat is recognised as being the most innovative and fastest growing GSM operator in the Nigerian market and we have been consistent in our over three years of operation in the country. The Total/Etisalat partnership will kick off in phases with deployment of outdoor Kiosks in select Total Stations.
